3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payments
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans including monthly, annual, and lifetime options. Details of each plan are available on our pricing page.
4.2 Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) unless you purchase a lifetime plan. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
4.3 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
4.4 Refunds
Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 14 days.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our AI tools
- Resell or redistribute our course content
- Use automated tools to access our services without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
- Generate content that is harmful, offensive, or violates third-party rights
6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, AI tools, and platform features are owned by The Scroll School and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create using our AI tools. However, you grant us a limited license to use anonymized data to improve our services.
7. AI-Generated Content
Our AI tools are designed to assist with content ideation and creation. You acknowledge that:
- AI-generated suggestions are for inspiration and guidance only
- You are responsible for reviewing and modifying AI outputs
- AI outputs may not always be accurate or appropriate
- You should not rely solely on AI for content decisions
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Scroll School shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We make no guarantees about the results you may achieve using our platform or AI tools.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to access our services will cease immediately.
